1. Eligibility

The Finds & Gifts $100 Meaningful Moment Gift Card Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors and representatives of Finds & Gifts, and members of their immediate families or households, may be excluded from participating.

By entering, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements stated in these Official Rules.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway operates as a series of monthly drawing periods.

Each monthly drawing period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. U.S. Eastern Time on the last day of that calendar month.

Eligible entries received during a monthly drawing period will be included in the drawing for that month.

The drawing will take place on or about the 1st day of the following month.

For example:

August 1–August 31 entries → September 1 drawing

September 1–September 30 entries → October 1 drawing

October 1–October 31 entries → November 1 drawing

Finds & Gifts reserves the right to adjust drawing dates when reasonably necessary, provided that any such change does not materially disadvantage eligible entrants.

3. How to Enter

To enter the applicable monthly drawing:

1. Complete and submit the official Finds & Gifts giveaway survey during the applicable monthly drawing period.
2. Provide the information requested in the survey accurately and completely.
3. Agree to these Official Giveaway Rules.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Completing the giveaway survey constitutes one entry for the applicable monthly drawing period, provided the entrant satisfies all eligibility requirements.

Following the Finds & Gifts Facebook Page, liking or commenting on a promotional post, and sharing the giveaway with friends are encouraged but are not required to enter or win.

4. Entry Limit

Limit one entry per person per monthly drawing period.

An entrant may participate in future monthly drawings by submitting a new eligible entry during a subsequent monthly drawing period, subject to these Official Rules.

Duplicate, incomplete, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

Entries generated through unauthorized automated, robotic, programmed or similar methods are prohibited.

5. Prize

One (1) potential winner will receive:

One $100 Finds & Gifts Gift Card

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $100 USD.

The gift card may be used toward eligible purchases at Finds & Gifts in accordance with the gift card's applicable terms and conditions.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Finds & Gifts reserves the right to substitute the advertised prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

Any federal, state or local taxes associated with accepting or receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to the extent required by law.

6. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable monthly drawing period.

The drawing will be conducted by Finds & Gifts or its designated representative.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable monthly drawing period.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided when entering the Giveaway.

The potential winner will have 10 calendar days from the date the winner notification is sent to respond and claim the prize.

The potential winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and administer the prize.

If a potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;
• Does not respond within the required 10-day period;
• Is determined to be ineligible;
• Provides false or misleading information; or
• Fails to satisfy any applicable requirement,

the prize may be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Winner Verification

Finds & Gifts reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner before awarding the prize.

The potential winner may be required to confirm their name, age, state of residence and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.

A potential winner becomes the official winner only after eligibility has been verified and all applicable requirements have been satisfied.

9. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Purchasing products or services from Finds & Gifts does not increase an entrant's odds of winning.

The Giveaway is not conditioned upon making a purchase.

10. Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or their affiliates.

Facebook and Meta are not responsible for the administration of this Giveaway, the selection of winners, the awarding of prizes or any claims relating to the Giveaway.

By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to release Facebook and Meta from any claims, demands or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Giveaway.

11. Social Media Participation

Following the Finds & Gifts Facebook Page, liking or commenting on a promotional post, and sharing the Giveaway are optional.

These actions are not required to enter or win.

Sharing the Giveaway with friends or family does not provide additional entries unless a separate referral promotion is expressly announced and governed by additional official rules.

12. Disqualification

Finds & Gifts reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Provides false, inaccurate or misleading information;
• Attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times;
• Uses automated, robotic or fraudulent entry methods;
• Attempts to manipulate or interfere with the Giveaway;
• Tampers with the Giveaway website, survey or entry process;
• Violates these Official Rules; or
• Engages in conduct that Finds & Gifts reasonably determines is intended to interfere with the fair operation of the Giveaway.

Finds & Gifts reserves the right to determine eligibility and resolve disputes concerning the administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.

13. Technical Problems

Finds & Gifts is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries;
• Incorrect or inaccurate information provided by an entrant;
• Technical failures;
• Internet or network interruptions;
• Website or survey errors;
• Email delivery failures;
• Hardware or software failures; or
• Other technical problems outside the reasonable control of Finds & Gifts.

Proof of submitting an entry does not constitute proof of receipt.

14. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

Finds & Gifts reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, errors or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity, security or proper operation of the promotion.

If the Giveaway is modified, suspended or terminated, Finds & Gifts will take reasonable steps to administer the promotion in a manner consistent with these Official Rules and applicable law.

15. Privacy

Information collected through the Giveaway may be used to administer the promotion, determine eligibility, conduct the drawing, contact potential winners and fulfill the prize.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Finds & Gifts Privacy Policy.

If an entrant separately chooses to subscribe to Finds & Gifts marketing communications, their information may also be used for those marketing purposes in accordance with their consent and the Privacy Policy.

Participation in marketing communications is not required to enter or win.

16. Optional Testimonials

A winner may be invited to provide an optional testimonial, review, photograph or other feedback about their experience.

Providing a testimonial, review, photograph or other feedback is completely voluntary.

A testimonial or review is not required to enter, win, receive or claim the prize.

If a winner voluntarily provides content and separately gives permission for Finds & Gifts to use that content for marketing purposes, Finds & Gifts may use the content according to the permission provided.

17. Taxes

Any taxes associated with accepting or receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner to the extent required by applicable federal, state or local law.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Finds & Gifts and its owners, employees, representatives and agents from claims, liabilities, losses or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

19. Disputes

Any disputes concerning the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to deprive an entrant of any rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

20. Acceptance of Official Rules

By submitting an entry, the entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Official Giveaway Rules.

If an entrant does not agree to these Official Rules, they should not participate in the Giveaway.
